Returns & Warranty


The manufacturer’s warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of shipping. At our discretion, we will courier replacement parts immediately or ship a replacement product to you. Please note that warranties are not transferable and do not extend to re-sold items. For the warranty to be in effect, the product must have been used for its intended purpose through normal use. Defects resulting from negligence, misuse, accidents, abnormal wear, and tear, or if used for commercial purposes are not covered by warranty.

Return Policy

Please notify us within 30 days of delivery to request the return authorization. If the return is due to an order being damaged, defective, or incorrect, then we will arrange for prepaid return at our expense and issue full refund shortly after the return is received back at our warehouse. If the return is due to the reason other than the item being damaged, defective, or incorrect then the customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred. Please note that while we do offer free shipping on our website, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred on returned orders that are not damaged, defective or incorrect. Before returning a product, please obtain the return authorization by contacting us and providing the following information: customer name, item(s) to be returned, and the nature of the problem. Refund minus any applicable return shipping cost will be issued shortly after the return is received back at our warehouse.

Item must be returned in the original, unmarked and undamaged packaging, otherwise, a 20% restocking fee will be incurred. Item must be in like-new condition; if damaged, soiled, or visibly used, the item will be deemed non-returnable. Upon arrival to our warehouse, the product will be inspected and the appropriate refund will be issued. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and the pickup charge will be deducted from your refund. 

Cancellation Policy

At TimeOffice Furniture, we pride ourselves in how fast our orders ship out, but for this reason, we cannot guarantee that orders placed on our website will be able to be canceled before the order ships. So, please carefully review your order before submitting to prevent the need for cancellation. Nevertheless, if you do need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. To cancel an order that has already shipped out, please refuse delivery, and we will issue refund minus any applicable return shipping fees shortly after the return is received back at our warehouse. Please note that while we do offer free shipping, the customer will be responsible for the actual shipping cost incurred on orders that are canceled after they have shipped out.

Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a product that has been damaged in transit or is defective, we are happy to provide a prompt replacement.

If you notice the packaging or item is damaged upon delivery, please refuse the item from the shipping company and contact us. If the item is readily available, we will send out a replacement item within 3 business days.

If you notice the damage after delivery, please take a few photos and send them to within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will assess the damage and work with you to determine a solution.
